Juventus midfielder Roberto Pereyra has stated he has adapted well to life in Turin, due to the confidence he has received from his teammates and coach Massimiliano Allegri.

The Argentine midfielder moved to the Italian champions from Udinese on-loan in the summer and has performed admirably in his appearances for the club thus far.

Speaking to Sky Sport Italia the 23-year-old was happy with his contribution against AC Milan.

ā€œIā€™m training to improve and do a little hard word in defence. Confidence from my teammates and the coach [Allegri] was critical to my performance,ā€ Pereyra said.

It is also expected the on-loan midfielder will complete a permanent transfer in the summer, following a promising start to the season.

Pereyra has made over 70 Serie A appearances since his departure from Argentinian powerhouse River Plate in 2011.
