Napoli president Aurelio De Laurentiis is apparently looking for partners in Qatar and the United States who would be willing to invest in the Serie A side.
A disappointing start to the season has lead De Laurentiis to design a new corporate structure, but with a lack of Champions League money, outside investment is required.
The 65-year-old has already held meetings with interested American investors, according to Tuttosport. In addition to that, De Laurentiis has also seen serious interest from Qatar.
A Qatari group have reportedly offered around €200 million for the entirety of the Partenopei’s shares.
Napoli are competing in this year’s Europa League after exiting the Champions League playoffs at the hands of La Liga’s Athletic Club.
