Parma are apparently monitoring Sergio Floccari if they fail to keep a hold of Amauri, who looks likely to sign for Torino.
The 32-year-old currently plays for Serie A rivals Sassuolo and could make the switch if the other deal is completed.
As reported by Tuttomercatoweb.com, Floccari is the chosen player to replace Amauri if he leaves.
Current Director of football Pietro Leonardi is waiting to contact Floccari’s agent in what could be one of the final deals of the day.
The Italian has played for Parma before, a loan spell back in 2012. He also has experience at Genoa, Atalanta and Lazio.
