Parma striker Nicola Pozzi is expected to make a dramatic return to his former club Empoli.
Twenty-eight-year-old Pozzi played for the Azzurri between 2005 and 2009 and it now looks like he about to make a return to his old stomping ground.
According to Tuttomercatoweb, a deal between the two clubs is expected to be concluded before Monday nights transfer deadline.
After Pozzi left Empoli in 2009 he made a initial loan move to Sampdoria in August of that year which became a permanent deal in 2010, with Pozzi signing a five-year contract.
After five fruitful seasons at the Blucerchiati he made the move to Parma in January 2014 but failed make an appearance for the Gialloblu.
