Sunderland have announced that they have completed the signing of Ricky Alvarez from Inter on transfer deadline day.
The Black Cats have been busy in the final 24 hours of the window with a flurry of activity on Wearside, in terms of arrivals and departures.
It has been confirmed that one of those arrivals is Alvarez, who joins from the Nerazzurri on a season long loan deal.
The Argentinean has been at the San Siro since 2011 when he joined from Velez Sarsfield.
Although he did make 29 appearances last season, he has often cut a frustrating figure to the Inter support during his time there.
