Italy coach Antonio Conte has thrown his support behind front men pairing, Simone Zaza and Ciro Immobile.
The youngsters, who are flourishing at their respective clubs and have featured for the Azzurri in the recent matches against the Netherlands and Norway continue to catch the eye of the Italy boss, who is solely focusing on Euro 2016.
“There is a lot of work to do [with the national team,” he told Sport Mediaset.
“Before we begin speaking about winning the European Championship, we need to consider going well in qualification first.
“[Simone] Zaza and [Ciro] Immobile are two promising youngsters.”
Immobile netted in Borussia Dortmund’s Champions League match against Arsenal on the previous match day, while Zaza has started brightly in Serie A this season with Sassuolo, as well as Italy.
