AC Milan winger Robinho, along with several other unnamed players, is being investigated by police for being involved in a group sexual assault of an 18 year-old woman in Milan.
Robinho, 30, is currently on loan at Santos from Milan, but is alleged to has participated in this assault during his time at the Italian Giants. The player strongly denies all allegations.
According to the Corriere della Sera, Robinho was dining at a restaurant in Milan with other players, where they met this woman, before taking her to an unknown location and attacking her.
Robinho was arrested in 2009 during his time with Manchester City for sexually assaulting a woman in a nightclub in Leeds, but the case was dropped after three months.
