Torino match-winner Matteo Darmian is more happy with the three points against Parma than his debut goal in the Serie A.

The Granata won 1-0 against struggling Parma on Wednesday night due to  a 10th minute goal from the Italian international – his first in the Italian top flight.

“Working with sacrifice and commitment, we can take away a lot from the game with satisfaction,” Darmian told Sky Sport Italia.

My first goal in the Serie A? Maybe I have yet to realize what exactly happened, I’m not used to scoring!

“The important thing, though, is that the goal has brought three points to the team.

“In the last few minutes we were a bit tired, but we rallied and we brought home the victory.

“How will I celebrate the goal? I do not know if we can celebrate, we have to think about the next game. A toast but, I‘ll give you that.”
