Dybala: Palermo had more desire than Cesena

Dybala palermoPalermo striker Paulo Dybala puts his side’s victory over Cesena down to the Rosanero simply having greater desire.

Dybala put in a top-class performance for the Sicilians, scoring the the first and assisting the second goal in a 2-1 win at Stadio Renzo Barbera.

“I think you could see out there which team wanted it more,” Dybala told Sky Sport Italia.

“We were close to getting the second goal on a number of occasions, and in the end we got it. We have to continue playing like this, it’s a long season.”

Dybala also insisted that his side would not simply be playing for a draw when they travel to Turin to meet champions Juventus next Sunday.

“We’ll go to Turin to take home three points.”

Dybala has been in fine form so far this season, with today’s efforts taking his tally to two goals and two assists in his seven Serie A appearances thus far.
