Gianluca Vialli has asserted that Atletico Madrid prevented Juventus from playing their natural game during the Champions League clash at the Estadio Vicente Calderón.
In a battle of a match, the Bianconeri where consigned to a 1-0 defeat by a second half Arda Turan strike.
“It was a very complicated game,” Vialli told Sky Sport Italia following the match.
“Allegri has asked the team to play a technical game, but Atletico prevented them from doing so by any means at their disposal.
“They did not allow Juve to be able to develop their play as they normally do.”
The result see’s all four of Group A’s teams level on three points each after two games.
