Inter scouts will be attending Liverpool’s Champion’s League fixture against Basel this evening as the Nerazzurri keep an eye on two of their long term transfer targets.
Walter Mazzarri’s side have been credited with an interest in players on both sides of Wednesday evening’s contest at the St. Jakob-Park.
Liverpool’s Italian forward Fabio Borini was linked with a move to the Nerazzurri in the summer and Tuttosport reports the Milanese giants are still keen on acquiring his services.
The newspaper also understands that Inter will also be monitoring the performance of Basel’s Swiss international defender Fabian Schär, whose contract expires in June.
