Juventus director Fabio Paratici was at the Stadio Olimpico this past weekend to observe Udinese players Thomas Heurtaux and Silvan Widmer.

The match saw Torino defeat the Friulani 1–0 with ex-Juve player Fabio Quagliarella scoring the lone goal, though Paratici was there to observe other players.

Tuttomercatoweb reports that Paratici was keeping tabs on Heurtaux and Widmer, along with Granata star Matteo Darmian.

Heurtaux, a 26 year old Frenchman, has become a defensive staple for Udinese over the last two season, while Widmer, a right back, was recently awarded Young Player of the Year by the Swiss Football Association.

Both players have had great starts to the season, catching the attention of Juventus.

Juventus has a history of acquiring players from the Zebrette, including three players on their current squad: Kwadwo Asamoah, Simone Pepe, and Roberto Pereyra.
