Fiorentina coach Vincenzo Montella says he is happy with the professionalism of his squad as he looks to some fringe players to play there part in Thursday’s Europa League trip to Greece to face PAOK Salonika.
The Viola head into the game looking for a third win in a row in Group K after two 3-0 wins over Guingamp and Dynamo Minsk respectively in their previous games in the group.
“It’s going to be a very tough game, it’s very hot here and the PAOK fans are very passionate and will make life difficult for us,” Montella told reporters at the pre-game press conference.
“We will play with the same mentality as we always do, but the result is not decisive for the final standings in the group.
“I will put out the strongest side available but we might see a couple of players that haven’t played much this season but I’m happy because Fiorentina is a squad full of strong professionals.
