Rafa Benitez NapoliBefore their match tomorrow against Hellas Verona, Napoli coach Rafael Benitez has spoken to the press about his side’s recent form as well as his thoughts on the team’s rotation policy.

Benitez has insisted that rotation is the key to further victories and that he must make use of the whole of his squad.

“I think that rotation is the best way to keep improving. We have to use the whole of the squad to try and win a trophy.

“We have to build the strongest squad so that we can to keep on winning.”

During the press conference, Benitez has also dispelled doubts about Napoli’s recent form:

“I think after three straight wins, a draw and a defeat at AC Milan, the doubts surrounding the team have been exaggerated.

“I am here to build something different, we want to create a structure  that will allow Napoli to win a trophy more than every twenty five years.”

Furthermore, he was also quizzed upon his current relationship with the fans and with Napoli president, Aurelio Di Laurentiis.

“I do not think that the fans have doubts about my attachment to Napoli or my desire to win.

“I understand that they are disappointed about the defeat on Thursday but they should not think otherwise about my willingness to win.

“Have I heard from Di Laurentiis? I often speak with him and I have invited him to come here if he wants to.

“There are no problems between us.”

Napoli are currently seventh in Serie A.
