Atletico Madrid silenced critics with a 1-0 victory against Juventus at the Estadio Vincente Calderon on Matchday Two of the Champions League.
A solitary goal from Arda Turan was enough to seal the win for the Spaniards, in what was a highly contested battle.
Despite the loss, the Bianconeri retain top position in group A, while the Rojiblancos move into second spot after a shock loss to Greek side Olympiakos on Matchday One, though all teams are locked on three points.
