After his strong start to the season, Sampdoria forward Manolo Gabbiadini has reportedly been attracting attention from the likes of Tottenham Hotspur and Atletico Madrid.
It’s believed that Spurs are the most enthusiastic suitor for the young forward as the north London club have been closely monitoring the player for the past few weeks.
However, the London Evening Standard have now reported that Spanish champions Atletico Madrid have now joined the chase for the 22 year old and will rival Spurs for the player’s signature.
Gabbiadini, who has already scored twice this season, is co-owned between Sampdoria and Juventus.
