AC Milan are keeping tabs on Anderlecht striker Aleksandar Mitrovic as an alternative to Croatia forward Andrej Kramaric for the January transfer window.

The Rossoneri see the HNK Rijeka poacher as an ideal January addition but face stiff competition from cross-town rivals Inter.

According to Tuttomercatoweb the interest in Kramaric could force Milan into approaching Aleksandar Mitrovic in January.

The 20 year-old from Serbia is considered one of Europe’s bright emerging talents but would be expensive to bring to Italy.

Mitrovic would cost approximately €15 million with Chelsea, Liverpool, Benfica and Newcastle United also interested.

Milan are unlikely to be willing to meet Anderlecht’s valuation and could decide to focus their efforts on Kramaric.
