Juventus president Andrea Agnelli is in a confident mood, stating that the side only ever play to win, as the Bianconeri play host their city rivals Torino on Sunday afternoon.
Agnelli revealed his thoughts at a press conference for Torino, Sports Capital 2015 alongside his opposite number Urbano Cairo of the Granata ahead of their upcoming Serie A match.
“Juventus always play to win,” Agnelli told reporters at a press conference.
“Torino have not won or even scored in a derby for 15 years.”
He also addressed the issue of the conduct of fans in the stadium.
“What we need to eliminate from stadiums is violence and racism, not the teasing and the ironic chants that are the core of the sport.”
Torino’s Cairo was then able to express his opinions on the game.
“We want to put in a great performance against Juventus.
“Recently we have not had much luck, but I hope things can change this year.”
