Leonardo Bonucci feels that people need to be patient with Italy after the 1-0 victory over Albania.
Bonnuci said he understands the difficulties that Azzurri coach Antonio Conte faces with the lack of talent coming through.
”We need patience” Bonucci told Rai Sport. ”The coach has given confidence to many players and in doing so will make Italy the one team that everyone will fear.”
With a lack of new faces coming through critics are worried about the lack of new faces coming through, ”I understand the difficulties of the coach to find viable alternatives but we know that Conte is undertaking an important project.”
On whether Italy will have trouble qualifying for Euro 2016 in France the Juventus defender said, ”Qualification will not be simple and will only be achieved if we are patient and immerse ourselves in the right frame of mind.”
