gasperiniGenoa coach Gian Piero Gasperini believes that Genoa will find it tough against newly promoted Cesena.

Gasperini’s men are in sixth place in Serie A and Gasperini thinks his side are getting better.

“We know it is going to be a difficult game for us.” Gasperini told the Italian media ahead of the match on Sunday.

“Playing Cesena away from home is always tough, it will be a test.

“Cesena are capable of causing us plenty of problems, particularly from set pieces so we will have to be alert.

“They are a team who can compete with the best and get results against the bigger teams.

“I believe that our players are getting better and are more confident in playing in different formations.”

A win for Genoa could move them up to third place if other results go their way.
