Matteo Darmian ItalyWith Angelo Ogbonna looking set to miss out on the upcoming matches for Italy, Matteo Darmian looks set to play in his absence.

The Juventus defender has a left hamstring problem that has forced him to miss out participating for his national team and arguably in the best interests of the Bianconeri.

Juventus wish to have an immediate return for the player and will look to get the player back to full fitness as soon as possible.

At this point, Antonio Conte will use Darmian in the central position, something he has practiced in training on Thursday.

Andrea Ranocchia took the place of Leonardo Bonucci with Giorgio Chiellini expected to complete the starting back three for Sunday’s game with Croatia. Chiellini will play on the left with Darmian on the right.
