Patrice Evra and Angelo Ogbonna are fit enough to make Juventus’ 22-man squad for the trip to Malmo in the Champions League on Wednesday evening.

Neither defender was fit enough to feature in the club’s 3-0 win against Lazio in Rome on Saturday evening, but they are now nearing full fitness.

Coach Massimiliano Allegri will have to make do without the injured Andrea Barzagli, Martin Caceres and Kwadwo Asamoah for the trip to Scandinavia.

The Bianconeri currently sit in third place in Group A, three points off leaders Atletico Madrid, and level with Olympiacos on six points.

The Swedish outfit are sitting at the bottom of the group on three points, but a win tomorrow evening would see them draw level on points with the Old Lady.

The Italian champions face a challenging task to qualify for the quarter-finals, having thus far won their two home games against Malmo and Olympiacos but lost their two away matches against Atletico and the Greek side.

Their final group match will be away to Atletico Madrid on December 9.
