Former Inter midfielder Wesley Sneijder looks to want to leave his current team Galatasaray and join AC Milan during the upcoming January transfer window.

The 30-year-old Dutch international joined the Turkish side at the start of 2013, signing a three-and-a-half-year deal for a reported fee of €7.5 million.

According to Sport Mediaset, the Dutchman seems to want to make the move back to Italy and sign for the Rossoneri, with the Turkish side also keen to offload some of their higher earning stars.

Sneijder has made 72 appearances for the Turkish club in all competitions, scoring 24 goals and assisting 11.
