rudi garciaRoma coach Rudi Garcia feels a draw with CSKA Moscow would be a useful result as he prepares for the Champions League game on Tuesday night.

The Giallorossi would be assured of progression to the last 16 of the competition should they beat the Russians, should Manchester City fall to Bayern Munich.

“A draw would be useful for us, but we’ll play to win regardless,” Garcia told reporters.

“As usual, we’ll do everything we can to win.

“When we look back at what we accomplished during latest away games to Manchester, Naples and Munich, you know we haven’t done well.

“But we are still in contention to qualify for the next round. We have our destiny in our own hands.

“Maicon is not in a position to play,” Garcia admitted.

“We need a right back and we will have one. Either [Michele] Somma, [Alessandro] Florenzi or someone else.”

Roma thrashed CSKA Moscow 5-1 in the previous meeting between the sides at the Stadio Olimpico in September .
