Rafael Marquez has said that Hellas Verona must improve in order to get some points over the coming weeks.
The Mexican defender admits that the club are going through a tough time after their defeat to Fiorentina on Sunday, but he says they must look ahead to next weeks game against Sassuolo and steal all three points.
“It’s a difficult time, but we have to think about salvation and getting some points,” he told Sky Sport Italia.
“Now we must look ahead to next week, which is an important game against Sassuolo.”
Hellas Verona were defeated 2–1 at home by Fiorentina on Sunday which drops them down to 12th in the table, while La Viola climb into the top 10.
