Inter remain keen on unwanted Manchester City defender Matija Nastasic ahead of the upcoming transfer window.
The 21-year-old Serbian international has not played a game in the top flight this season, due to niggling injuries and the addition of Eliaquim Mangala to the City defensive line.
The Daily Mail report that Inter are keen to add him to their squad, and are convinced they can persuade the ex-Fiorentina defender to return to the Serie A.
Under Inter’s new-coach-in-waiting Roberto Mancini, Nastasic was actually a starter at the club during the time the Italian was at the helm of the English champions back in the 2012/13 season.
The appointment of Mancini may play a big part in enticing the Serbian to the Nerazzurri when the transfer window re-opens in January.
