Juventus goalscorer Fernando Llorente dedicated his strike against Malmo in the Champions League to the fans.

The Spaniard put the Bianconeri ahead on 49 minutes, before Carlos Tevez grabbed a second just before the end, meaning if Juventus beat Atletico Madrid at home in the final matchday, they top Group A.

“I am happy with the result, as it was a very important victory,” Llorente told Mediaset Premium.

“The team did a great job and brought home three fundamental points. Now we have our destiny in our own hands.

“We can still finish first in the group and will do everything to make that happen.

“I want to dedicate the victory to the fans, and all of those who came here to support us, and to those who followed us from home.”

Juventus take on Atletico Madrid in the final Group A match on December 9, knowing a win would put them through in top spot. However, if they are beaten and Olimpiacos also defeat Malmo, the Greeks would take second spot, leaving Juve in third on head to head.
