Giampaolo Pazzini has been linked with a move away from AC Milan in January with former sides Fiorentina and Sampdoria leading this way for his signature.

The 30-year-old striker’s contract with Milan expires in June 2015, but a departure from the Stadio Meazza could come as soon as this winter  as he has failed to make an impact in Serie A this season and has struggled to get first team action under Filippo Inzaghi, which caused the goalscorer’s wife to blast the coach on Instagram.

According to Tuttomercatoweb, the sides interested in the Italy international include Torino, Parma and Fiorentina, but a return to Sampdoria seems to be the most likely destination.

Pazzini joined the Rossoneri in a swap deal with cross-city rivals Inter in 2012, with Antonio Cassano heading in the opposite direction.
