PSG defender Thiago Silva has urged his former side, AC Milan, to go on and win the derby with Inter on Sunday.
The 30-year-old Brazilian spent three seasons with the Rossoneri and having played in the fixture, knows exactly how important it is.
“The derby is always an important thing, especially Milan v Inter,” he told Fox Sport.
“Two good teams, so it is always difficult. It’s ‘bad’ to lose a game this this, especially for Milan, because Serie A is hard.
“They [Milan] started the season well, but has stuttered recently. However, Milan is always Milan.
“I understand [Adriano] Galliani, I understand the guys, and I hope they get the win.
“I would love to go back and watch a derby sometime.”
