Inter president Erick Thohir is satisfied with what he has seen from Roberto Mancini since he was apppointed at the helm of the Nerazzurri.
Mancini was brought in last week to replace the sacked Walter Mazzarri, and picked up a point in the Derby della Madonnina at the weekend, after a 1-1 draw with rivals AC Milan.
According to Gazzetta dello Sport, Indonesian businessman Thohir will now return to Jakarta after a busy period in Lombardy, having watched the draw with rivals AC Milan, and is so far, pleased with what he has seen.
After Sunday’s draw, the 44-year-old stepped into the dressing room to congratulate the team and coach after gaining their first point ‘away’ to the Rossoneri since October 2012.
The Nerazzurri president also met AC Milan CEO Barbara Berlusconi, holding a brief conversation with the 30-year-old daughter of owner Silvio Berlusconi.
