Lazio player Felipe Anderson has expressed his disappointment at the 2-2 draw with Inter on Sunday night.

The Brazilian scored twice to give the Biancocelesti a 2-0 lead at the Stadio Giuseppe Meazza, but the Nerazzurri were able to come back from behind and draw 2-2.

“We played really well in the first half, the second half was a disappointment” he told Mediaset Premium. “Of course I’m happy with the goals, but the result is a shame.

“Qualifying for the Champions League? We know that we can qualify for the competition, but we have to play every game.”

Anderson then went on to praise coach Stefano Pioli for giving him freedom on the field.

“Pioli has given me more freedom to play, even if there are defensive requirements.”

The Biancocelesti will end 2014 in third place before Serie A is set to resume on January 5.
