Juventus are reportedly interested in signing Galatasaray playmaker Wesley Sneijder during the January transfer window.

The 30-year-old, who previously had a successful spell in Serie A with Inter, could be brought in to reinforce Massimiliano Allegri’s attacking options.

According to Gazzetta dello Sport, Allegri views Sneijder as the perfect fit to play behind the strikers and has placed the former Real Madrid man at the top of his transfer wishlist.

The Dutchman has been resigned to a substitutes role in recent weeks at Galatasaray, leaving the player frustrated.

The Netherlands international moved to Turkey from Inter in January 2013 for a €7.5 million transfer fee and has scored 18 goals in 54 appearances, helping Galatasaray to the 2012–13 Süper Lig title, securing Sneijder a league title in a fourth different country following successes with Ajax, Real Madrid and the Nerazzurri.

Bayern’s Xherdan Shaqiri and Hull City’s troubled Frenchman Hatem Ben Arfa have been identified as alternative options if Sneijder’s signature cannot be secured.

The best trequartista option for an istant fix who can play in the position at top level and has experience as winner both in europe and in serie a. Only problem is that he is cup tied and we need him for champs lig more than serie a.
mata available but sub standard. who is an available proven trequatrista?

  2. You know i think we should consider a 6 month loan deal for kaka. I saw him in his return to milan and he may not have the speed but his touches and speed of thought is still there. In june, we can find a permanent solution to the problem.
