Roma coach Rudi Garcia defiantly stated that despite all the doubters the Giallorossi can still win Serie A.
Having struggled for form of late, Roma are second in the table and trail league leaders Juventus by three points.
“I believe that with my team and the fans supporting them despite all the handicaps we may face, we will be Italian champions,” he told Canal+.
“We have only two points less than last year despite losing at Juventus. I am very happy with our progress in the league and I have no regrets on the Champions League.
“Our goal for the season is to play in the Champions League again next year which can be achieved by performing in the league but also by winning the Europa League.”
Garcia will be hoping to have his attack back to all guns blazing after suffering a recent dip in form when Roma take on Udinese at the Stadio Friuli on January 6, 2015
