Genoa look set to see at least three players depart in the upcoming January transfer market.
With Chilean forward Mauricio Pinilla moving to goal-shy Atalanta on loan, both Leandro Greco and Diego Perotti also look as though they could be leaving the Grifone next month.
According to Tuttomercatoweb.com, the former will complete a move to Hellas Verona in the coming days, while Perotti continues to be a target of Rudi Garcia and Roma.
As well as losing players in the transfer market, coach Gian Piero Gasperini will also have to prepare for the post-winter break fixtures without the injured Giovanni Marchese, who will undergo surgery on his right knee and will be sidelined for 2-3 months.
Genoa have been performing above all expectations this season, along with city rivals Sampdoria, and currently sit 6th in the Serie A table, just one point outside the Champions League places.
