Inter and Juventus to miss out on Lavezzi

Recent reports suggest that the future of winger Ezequiel Lavezzi may lie in Spain, with Valencia leading the way to securing the player’s signature.

The Argentine, who is in his third season for PSG, has been dogged by rumours of his future during most of his time in France, with Valencia emerging as the most likely party to sign him, despite interest from Serie A clubs Juventus and Inter.

According to Iberian newspaper Super Deporte, Valencia ambassador and compatriot of Lavezzi’s, Roberto Ayala watched the winger twice recently, the league game against Lille on December 3, and the Champions League game against Barcelona.

It is believed that initial contact has been made between the two clubs and the player is keen on a move to Valencia, With the relationship between Valencia and the players entourage seemingly a positive one.
