Juventus have made recent interest shown towards Adil Rami of AC Milan ahead of the January transfer window.
The Bianconeri are currently in advanced talks with FC Porto over star defender Rolando as the primary target to bolster their back line.
However, according to Sky Sport Italia, the league leaders have now begun inquiries with Milan to bring Rami in as a possible alternative. Juventus are expecting news on the possible acquisition of Rolando for a potential loan to purchase deal in the coming days.
The French defender has shown great versatility under coach Filippo Inzaghi, playing a less familiar role as full-back in times of need.
Rami has also proven to be an asset on set pieces and has bagged four goals for the Rossoneri since his start in January.
