Juventus are reportedly looking to take Arsenal’s German striker Lucas Podolski on loan for the remainder of the season.

The Bianconeri, in the past few months, have been consistently linked with Bayern Munich’s Swiss winger Xherdan Shaqiri, as well as Podolski, with Shaqiri’s asking price proving a little much for the Turin based club, they have now set their sights on the World Cup winning German.

Tuttomercatoweb reports that Juventus could now take Podolski on loan from the Premier League outfit for the rest of the current campaign.

Having failed to start in a single Premier League fixture so far,the Germany international is thought to be growing increasingly unhappy in the North London based outfit and has been frequently linked with a move away from the Emirates.

Podolski joined Arsenal from Koln in 2012, and has scored 19 goals in 60 appearances for the Gunners and has a contract with the North London side until 2016.
