Ogenyi Onazi has said it would be hard to resist if Liverpool made an offer to sign him.
The Nigerian international who has featured very little in Serie A this season for Lazio, under coach Stefano Pioli, and has welcomed Liverpool’s interest.
”If Liverpool presented itself to me I could not say no,” he told Supersport.com.
”We are talking about a big club and I have always wanted to play in England.
“The transfer window has yet to open and their will be plenty of offers from all over the world but at the moment I am in a complicated situation.”
The 21-year-old featured heavily for his country in the World Cup in Brazil starting all four games as Nigeria reached the Round of 16 before being eliminated by France.
