Stefano Mauri has praised his team following their 3-0 victory over Atalanta and feels they can go far.
The win moves Lazio into third place and Mauri believes that the current Biancocelesti squad can do well this season.
“It was important that we maintained our good run of form.” Mauri told Mediaset after the match at the Olimpico.
“It is not easy to play against a team like Atalanta who look to defend and put all their men behind the ball.
“We have goals for the season and everyone at the club is working hard to achieve them.
“We are a good team and we can do well this season.”
Lazio continue their push for European football away at Inter next weekend.
