Adel Taarabt - AC MilanNapoli are reportedly considering a move for Queens Park Rangers winger Adel Taarabt as the January transfer window approaches.

The 25-year-old, whose contract with the Hoops is set to expire in June 2016, has missed most of the 2014-15 campaign thus far due to fitness troubles, including a recurring groin injury, and a deteriorating relationship with coach Harry Redknapp, which may give the Partenopei an opportunity to land him in the coming weeks.

According to Cronache di Napoli, Azzurri sporting director Riccardo Bigon is looking to take advantage of the Moroccan international’s current situation at QPR and may submit an offer for the midfielder in order to use him as an alternative to Dries Mertens on the left wing.

Taarabt, who scored four goals and provided two assists during his six-month loan stint at AC Milan last term, has made just two Premier League appearances for Queens Park Rangers this season thus far.
