Cagliari
Alessio Cragno – 6 – Enough
Didn’t face much, but dealt with the early attacking play just fine.
Antonio Balzano – 6 – Easy
Was really only tested once, delivered a few long balls well.
Luca Ceppitelli – 6.5 – Ruthless
He was a wall, allowing nothing to get beyond him.
Luca Rossettini – 5 – Awkward
Struggled to stay in position, was chasing, would’ve been exploited against a better attack.
Danilo Avelar – 5 – Poor Direction
Always seem to go on runs into clogged areas. Confusing to watch.
Albin Ekdal – 6.0 – Positive
Showed a few creative glimmers of hope, only to be let down by his teammates.
Daniele Conti – 5 – Confusing
Needs to play the ball more. Running aimlessly into space, almost asking his teammates to turn the ball over.
Lorenzo Crisetig – 5 – Simple
When asked to perform simple movement, he’s fine. As soon as it gets dicey, he slips up.
Diego Farias – 4 – Disinterested
For large stretches of the match, he seemed to have his mind on things other than football.
Andrea Cossu – 6 – Proactive
Moving forward he was positive, but he was the only one at times.
Samuele Longo – 5 – Predictable
Played almost like he really doesn’t want the ball. Predictable runs, easy-to-read passes.
Substitutes
Joao Pedro Galvao – 5.5 – Trying
He came on in the 69th min for Farias, and he brought effort. Ineffective, but he was at least trying.
Caio – 6 – Energy
Came on in the 69th min for Longo, and brought some energy. It stood out, because at that point he was the only one.
Parma
Antonio Mirante – 6 – Quiet
Not challenged much, didn’t move to far at any given point. Steady.
Fabiano Santacroce – 6 – Cool
Didn’t create much, but didn’t make a single mistake either.
Alessandro Lucarelli – 5.5 – Runner
Went for a few fun runs, only to have them end with no help from his teammates.
Andrea Costa – 6.5 – Easy
Steady afternoon, dismissed any threat.
Paolo De Ceglie – 6 – Peaked
Started hot, almost leading to a goal, and fizzled after.
Daniele Galloppa – 5.5 – Steam
Hit a wall early, effective technically
Jose Mauri – 6 – Frustrated
Always seemed close to having a shot to shine, but never grasped it.
Andrea Rispoli – 5.5 – Lacking
The will was there, but the quality was not. He hustled, but had a few very poor touches.
Francesco Lodi – 5 – Boring
Steady, but didn’t bring anything extra to the table.
Raffaele Palladino – 5 – Fire
Linked up well with Cassano in the opening minutes, then drifted into obscurity for the finish.
Antonio Cassano – 5.5 – Frustrated
Started brightly, but as the match wore on he became noticeably disinterested.
Substitutes
Afriyie Acquah – 6 – Fighter
He came on in the 45th min for Galloppa, and didn’t let up, even if his teammates did.
Cristobal Jorquera – 4.5 – Wrong
He replaced Lodi in the 55th min, and brought less energy than the man he replaced.
Gabriel Paletta – 4.5 – Rusty
He entered play at the 65th min for De Ceglie, and was noticeably rusty and ineffective.
