Werder Bremen are interested in taking fringe AC Milan striker M’Baye Niang on loan, with an option to buy permanently in the summer.

The 19-year-old French youth international has only made three substitute appearances this season, and is obviously not a part of AC Milan coach Filippo Inzaghi’s plans.

MilanNews.it report that Werder Bremen are the only team that has showed concrete interest in the youngster, and are keen to bring him to the Bundesliga.

Bremen are ready to offer €1 million to take Niang on loan until the end of the summer, where they will then have first option to purchase him permanently.

Bremen are currently struggling in the Bundesliga this season, in 17th place and entrenched in the relegation zone with only 13 points from 14 games.
