Alessio Cerci reportedly ended up in a brawl with teammate Ignazio Abate during half-time in AC Milan’s 1-0 defeat to Atalanta on Sunday afternoon.
The Rossoneri were beaten by a German Denis strike on the half hour with Abate apparently frustrated with the new arrival from Atletico Madrid.
According to Sky Sport Italia, Abate had a go at Cerci for his poor movement in the opening period, to which the on-loan winger didn’t take to kindly, with an argument and fight then ensuing.
Cerci never appeared for the second half and was replaced by Giampaolo Pazzini, though Milan coach insists this was because Cerci played in the Coppa Italia midweek.
