AC Milan-bound Roma striker Mattia Destro has thanked the club ahead of his move to the Rossoneri.
Il Diavolo announced on Thursday that the former Siena man has agreed to join the club on a loan deal until the end of the season, with the option to make it permanent if Destro impresses.
“Thank you, Roma,” he wrote on his official Facebook page. “I came here as a youngster but you made me grow; here I discovered love for Rome.
“Now I am counting down to a new challenge at Milan.”
Destro has scored five goals in 16 appearances for the Giallorossi this season.
