Parma boss Roberto Donadoni has revealed that the Ducali plan to hold a meeting with Antonio Cassano in the coming days in order to discuss the player’s future at the club.

The 32-year-old has been linked with a possible move away from the Crociati in recent weeks due to ongoing problems regarding unpaid wages and his disappointment with the Stadio Tardini outfit’s results as of late, though Donadoni insists that nothing has been decided yet.

Donadoni spoke during a press conference on Saturday about Cassano’s current situation at Parma and admitted that every player is free to leave the club at any time.

“Everyone here is free and master of his own choices,” said the 51-year-old, who’s preparing to lead his men into battle against Cesena at home on Sunday as both sides look to escape the relegation zone.

“I will hold a meeting with Cassano soon. Then the technical choices will depend on me.”
