Inter are pondering a move for on-loan Ajax hit-man Arkadiusz Milik as they step up their search for a new striker.

The 20-year-old Polish international is on loan at the Dutch champions from Bayer Leverkuson, and has been in lethal form in front of goal this season.

Il Corriere della Sera report that Inter have identified Milik as a possible option to strengthen their attack, but will have a hard job convincing the Bundesliga outfit to sell their promising forward.

Recently released Antonio Cassano is another alternative, but a move for either striker will depend on the immediate future of controversial striker Pablo Osvaldo, who has been tipped have his loan spell at the Nerazzurri cut prematurely.

The Nerazzurri are also still negotiating for Gremio defender Rhodolfo, but have seen their first offer rejected: a 500,000 loan offer with an option to make it permanent for 2.8 million.
