Inter have terminated their loan deal for striker Pablo Osvaldo, sending the player back to Southampton amidst reported interested from Juventus.

Despite a productive seven goals in 19 appearances for the Nerazzurri, the Buenos Aires native is being sued for €28 million by the Milan club after falling out with the club after their 1-1 draw with Juventus in early January.

Gazzetta dello Sport are reporting that sporting director Piero Ausilio has had the loan deal terminated thanks to his great relations with the English club, with the Saints likely to move the player along once again this month.

Juventus are keen on bringing the striker back to Turin after a six month loan spell for the second half of last season as a replacement for the outgoing Sebastian Giovinco.

With the Bianconeri no longer needing to hold talks with rivals Inter over Osvaldo, a deal for the controversial striker is more likely to come to fruition.
