Djordjevic - Fiorentina v LazioLazio striker Filip Djordjevic is to be sidelined for at least three months after he was taken off during the Biancocelesti’s 3-1 victory over AC Milan on Saturday.

The incident occurred in the lead up to the third goal when Djordjevic attempted to convert a centred pass from Antonio Candreva, and his foot landed on the ball and he rolled his ankle, before immediately signalling to be substituted as Marco Parolo converted the loose ball.

Corriere dello Sport are reporting that the striker has suffered a lateral malleolus fracture, an injury which could see him out of action for a minimum of three months.

Lazio ran out 3-1 winners over the Rossoneri, and find themselves in third place in Serie A. Djordjevic has been an important player for Stefano Pioli this season, and has scored seven times in Serie A so far.
