Vincenzo D’Ippolito, agent of Lazio midfielder Cristian Ledesma, has revealed that his client’s future with the capital city club remains unclear at the moment.
The 32-year-old, who will be out of a contract with the Biancocelesti in June, has failed to secure a desirable amount of playing time this season thus far and hasn’t come any closer to signing a renewal with the Serie A side, while outside clubs including Arsenal and Queens Park Rangers are apparently patiently waiting to present an offer for him.
D’Ippolito spoke to Radio Kiss Kiss Napoli about Ledesma’s future with Lazio and insisted that nothing has been decided yet, leading many to believe that the Argentine could be close to an exit.
“The future of Ledesma is still uncertain, but soon everything will be clear,” said the agent.
“He hasn’t played much this season so far, but he is a serious professional and gives his all every time he steps on the pitch for Lazio.”
