Parma decided to issue press silence after the disappointing 2-1 loss at home to Cesena on Sunday afternoon in Serie A and reportedly the team spent 15 minutes on the pitch talking to fans.

TheĀ 16th defeat for the Ducali this season allowed the Cavallucci Marini to pull three points ahead of the Gialloblu, leaving Parma 10 points from safety.

The ultras from Curva Nord went face-to-face with the playing staff and coach Roberto Donadoni asking for an explanation for the poor performances over the course of this season, with the under-pressure coach and star forward Antonio Cassano getting the most heat from the fans.

The captain Alessandro Lucarelli, who could not help his team on the field due to yellow card suspension, was one of the most active individuals in the interaction and had to follow the fans back to the stands.

Fans who remained there also showed their concern by chanting “We must go there [in Serie B] with honor!” and “Run more or stay home!”.
